The NTCRC is a member of the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) Training and Technical Assistance Collaborative. The TTA Collaborative is comprised of four organizations: All Rise, the Center for Justice Innovation (CJI), the Tribal Law and Policy Institute (TLPI), and the National Treatment Court Resource Center (NTCRC).

 

The TTA Collaborative assists states and local jurisdictions in the development and implementation of improved treatment court program practices in order to increase program effectiveness and effect long-term participant success. Collaborative members provide training and technical assistance on a variety of topics. Examples include: the identification of treatment court participants’ risk level and needs, the provision of targeted evidence-based interventions and recovery support services, community engagement, program data collection and evaluation, to name a few.

All Rise

All Rise is the training, membership, and advocacy organization for justice system innovation addressing substance use and mental health at every intercept point. Through its four divisions—the Treatment Court Institute, Impaired Driving Solutions, Justice for Vets, and the Center for Advancing Justice—All Rise provides training and technical assistance at the local, state, and national level, advocates for federal and state funding, and collaborates with public and private entities. All Rise works in every U.S. state and territory and in countries throughout the world.

Center for Justice Innovation

The Center for Justice Innovation is pleased to provide a culturally competent, proactive, comprehensive and user-friendly national training and technical assistance program to support and strengthen statewide drug court systems. The program includes a wide array of resources, information, strategies, multi-media training and technical assistant activities customized to meet the specific needs of individual jurisdictions. The program is geared toward state court administrators seeking assistance in planning, operations, evaluation, data collection and institutionalization of drug courts statewide. This multi-pronged approach will help states to coordinate the efforts and resources of government agencies involved with Drug Court operations and to identify a Drug Court system that best suits an individual jurisdiction.

Tribal Law and Policy Institute

The Tribal Law and Policy Institute (TLPI) is a 100% Native American operated non-profit corporation organized to design and deliver education, research, training, and technical assistance programs which promote the enhancement of justice in Indian country and the health, well-being, and culture of Native peoples. TLPI provides a Tribal Healing to Wellness Court Training and Technical Assistance project which includes onsite and offsite technical assistance, regional and national trainings, a publication series, and a webinar series.
