How Using Contingency Management Can Support Families Affected by Substance Use Disorders

This webinar will provide: 1) an overview of contingency management including the implementation with different cultural populations, 2) the implementation experience of a Regional Partnership Grant grantee (Montefiore Medical Center from New York), 3) a closer look at the myths and stigma associated with contingency management, and 4) practical strategies for agencies to implement contingency management.

We will engage national experts to learn more about:

Science and research behind contingency management
Key principles and implementation strategies of contingency management, including
program effectiveness related to individuals with stimulant use disorders involved in
the child welfare system
How to apply principles outside of substance use disorder (SUD) treatment to improve
outcomes for parents affected by SUDs
