The DeKalb County Drug Court: C.L.E.A.N. Program is a pre-sentencing program that provides eligible defendants the opportunity to receive drug treatment in exchange for either having their conviction dismissed, avoiding prison or a jail sentence, or having the felony amended to misdemeanor charges.
