The Standard Program consists of four levels of treatment. There is a gradual decrease in the level of treatment services and supervision as the participant progresses in recovery. The participant must complete all the requirements of a level of treatment before being eligible to progress to the next level or graduation. The four levels of the Standard Program are: Orientation (30 days); Level I (60 days); Level II (120 days); and Level III (180 days). The minimum time needed to complete the Standard Program is 390 days. It is not unusual for a participant to have difficulty in maintaining all of the Drug Treatment Court program requirements and thus incur a sanction which requires them to re-start a level of the program. This will cause a participant to need more time than 390 days to complete the Drug Treatment Court program.
