by wpengine / Friday, 05 May 2017 / Published in Uncategorized

This document is the last of a few briefs that have been evaluating the success of Strafford County’s drug courts. The purpose of the paper is to provide drug court staff and counties interested in creating a drug court program with feedback and informing those in the general public with interests in alternative sentencing. This analysis covers what makes clients’ time in drug court successful, improvements Strafford County has been making, and addresses some of the challenges they encounter or may encounter in the future.
