Jackson County Community Family Court Process, Outcome and Cost Evaluation: Final Report

This evaluation looked to examine how effective Jackson County’s Community Family Court has been. Using the 10 Key Components of drug courts set by NADCP, researchers found that this family court has had an overall positive outcomes on those who participate, recidivism rates, and cost savings. This evaluation also offers a series of recommendations on how the family court can improve their practices.
