This document provides an overview of the DWI Court program, what it entails, and the components that are integrated to lead participants to successful treatment.
This self-report is filled out by the offender and returned to the North Carolina Division of Community Corrections and requires the offender to answer questions in regards to past experiences with education, drugs and alcohol.
The checklist and survey questions included in this document are used by correctional officers conducting an interview of participants in the court program and allow for them to provide feedback as well after the interview.
